Aoy: Hello. My name is Aoy. welcome to Victory bakery shop. May I help you?
Manow: Hello. My name is Manow. I'm Order bakery from you in the morning.
I've a problem about delivery service today.
Statement of problem
Aoy: OK. What happen?
Manow: I receive product not all.
Aoy: Oh! any problem.
Manow: Some of the items I ordered and I want it gone.
Fixing new arrangement
Aoy: I’m sorry in service because mistake in checking product.
Manow: No worries. Can you send produce to me again?
Confirmation
Aoy: Yes, I send the new product today.
Manow:  OK. Thank you to take care for me.
Aoy: You’re welcome if you have problem again, you can call back for me every time.
